We initiated a search for the home we purchased from 2000 miles away. We knew absolutely nothing about purchasing a HUD property and Cat could not have been more helpful in every aspect of the sale, start to finish. Cat is not your average agent and has gone way above and beyond the normal job description of a real estate agent. She is also extremely knowledgeable about home construction and building materials and we are not easily impressed.
