I contacted Cat re: a home in Oregon - we scheduled a time to meet - she met me and my wife at the home on the date - we looked over everything on the home, the shop and the property - having done that, my wife and I discussed it over - Cat negotiated, with the seller, add-ins to the sale - I bought the home that day - she then prepared all the documents and proceeded with handing the sale over to the title agency - the sale closed on time, and everything, as far as I'm concerned, went without a hitch - my thanks to Cat!

Cat, you are the best! With all my heart I mean the best!! What realter walks you into a home and immediately tells you what she thinks is "wrong" with it? Either she's out of her mind or she's got integrity, loves what she does and loves the end result of all her hard work.
